Oh wow! We definitely want to make sure that you can reliably send and receive your messages. Have you attempted to reset the device to factory defaults? I can do a factory reset, but it's incredibly tedious and time-consuming to

get everything back to the way it was before I started. Before I do that,

can you please explain what specifically about the reset gives you

confidence that it will actually solve the problem? I'd like to make sure

this is going to work so I don't end up wasting a bunch of time.
