Yes, it sounds like you'll probably just want to delete the photos from the Cloud. The quickest way to do that will probably be from the Verizon Cloud website. There's a Select All option here you can use to delete all of the photos.

CHAOLI95, I can certainly appreciate that having duplicate pictures can be alarming. Let's dive into these concerns. Do you have other channels with pictures, such as Facebook, email, or other social media sites? When was the last time you backed up successfully with no duplicates? Are you using your phone or computer to backup via Verizon Cloud?

What model phone do you have? Do you have the photos backing up anywhere else, like Google Photos? If backing up through multiple services, maybe photos restored from one service and then those photos backed up to Verizon Cloud.
Either way, you can delete those duplicates from the cloud through either the Verizon Wireless website or the Cloud app.

Thanks. I have a Galaxy S7 and Android 7.0. I don't do Facebook. I do use Google to back photos but I didn't start that until my storage issue with Verizon Cloud and double and sometimes multiple backup photos consumed my 5 gigs. Since this problem is so extensive, wondering if I can just delete all photos on Verizon Cloud and either 1) reinitiate the backup or 2) copy single photos back to the cloud. I really like and would hate to loose the Stories and Timeline created by Verizon Cloud for my photos. Hope to hear back.
