Where is the setting that allows for the screen to be viewed sideways.

Since last update the screen on my phone wont rotate. What section of settings is it in? I have an Samsung S6.

When you swipe the screen down is there a little icon that says rotate there? That should do it unless that icon is no longer there.You could go into settings then display should be screen rotation in there to.
