I have an unlocked Galaxy S10+ that I used to have visual voicemail on. I cancelled the service (and removed the app) and have now decided that I would like to have it back. However, I can't find the app anywhere. When I go to my account on the verizon website under products and app it won't let me add it (it is only allowing Visual Voice Mail - Premium Visual Voice Mail - Voice Mail to Text for iPhone®). Can anyone help? 😞
7343061784, making sure you are aware of your options to retrieve your Voicemail is important. We do want to let you know that Verizon Branded features including Visual Voicemail are not supported on Open Development/ Certified Open Market smartphones. You will be able to retrieve your voicemail by dialing *86 from your mobile device.
