I currently have a damaged Droid Maxx and need a new phone without changing my current plan. I can get a used S4 from US Cellular. Can I use my current SIM card in the S4 on Verizon?
Thanks,

No.
The CDMA radio is configured differently and wasn't unlocked. The MEID of that phone won't be in the Verizon Wireless database either. Therefore it won't activate on the Verizon Wireless network.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The only "unlocked" devices that can be used on VzW are data-only LTE devices that support VzW frequencies. The only device like this that I am aware of is the new LTE Nexus 7, and I don't even think it's available yet.
As Ann said, the CDMA radios of these "unlocked" LTE phones are still locked to their CDMA provider, adn there's no easy way to change that.
