I have been syncing my Samsung Galaxy S3 calendar to MS Outlook using Kies since I got the phone 2 years ago.  Now I upgrade to Android 4.3 and Kies 3 and while the device connects with my computer fine, the calendar sync fails every time.  Multiple chat sessions and an e-mail exchange with Samsung finally led to a lengthy support call during which I was told - "It is an issue we are aware of."

I guess that was supposed to make me feel better.

Sorry - but I am paralyzed and angry.
