My S7 will not sync gmail. I have to manually sync it to receive new email. What can I do to get it syncing again? I have checked, turned off, and turned on all sync settings, rebooted and powered off overnight but nothing works.
Are you accessing it from the gMail app, or from your phone's stock mail app? It sounds like the latter. If that's so, and if you've already trying toggling all of the sync settings under your account, then I would try completely removing and re-adding the account in your phone settings.
turn the phone off/on & try again.
