Hi,
I get some but not all group messages on my Samsung Galaxy s5... When I am part of a group message, the sender does not know that I am not receiving the message- this is very frustrating!! It happens with some messages but not all which makes it difficult to pinpoint the problem. I can also text individually with the same friends, but I don't get their group texts. 90% of my friends have iPhones and I had an iPhone before... I'm told this is part of the problem but it's not consistent.
Please help. I wish I knew about this possibility before switching from an iPhone as it has been extremely annoying and no one is able to help at the store or on tech support.
