I have a new Galaxy S6. On my S5, I could set alerts for when I received a tex and then have the alert repeat every 20 minutes, or a time that I specified. On the S6, I can find out how to do this. It notifies me every 30 seconds. Help!!
Sunanda, help has arrived. I can imagine how frustrating it may be to be alerted every 30 seconds. Let’s work together on getting this fixed. What text message application are you using? Are you using Message + or the Messages application?

Thank you for the details. We want to get your alerts to alert you when you want it to. I use a similar setting on my device as well. We will get this fixed. If you can confirm which messaging application you are using? Was it a downloaded application from the play store? Any recent updates?
