I'm sure you can find the AOSP browser somewhere.
I'm just seeking the stock browser (the only one that supports the built in fingerprint scanner out of the box). The AOSP browser won't do that, and neither will any other 3rd party browser. I do appreciate the effort in offering alternatives, but none of them will do what the stock browser could do if Verizon didn't disable it.
