I have Samsung Note 4 and a new Prius 2015, only 2000 miles and the bluetooth has stopped working. I had the radio software updated, my Droid updated, got an "extension box" from the Toyota dealership that was supposed to fix it, and sure enough on my way home the connection dropped again. The car will pair with my IPod and the Toyota service person's phone and not drop, so it seems to be my phone's problem.
Any ideas about what next?
Toyota dealer updated the software in the radio which cured the problem for a few months. I now have the same problem. One day it works, the next day it does not. Back to the dealer
