My phone keeps giving me the error"Unfortunately, Vzwavsservice has stopped working" and then shuts my phone down. This then causes my phone to keep shutting down, I turn it back on, it shuts down, I turn it back on, etc... Then it will work for a little bit until I try to make a call and then it will shut down in the middle of call and keep shutting down. It is just random times, but happens alot in a day. I need to have a working phone to make phone calls and am paying for a data plan that I can not use because the stupid thing keeps shutting down. Any one know how to fix this, or what is causing it?
