So got the update notice in the morning and installed while the coffee brewed. I noticed my contacts were all gone. I use the Google contacts, have tried multiple reinstall/sync remove app and reinstall. Samsung Contacts wont work either. On both app select the Contacts to Sync and around the little dude goes. I know that both of my address books are there on the web but not where I can use them.

Let's work on getting your contacts restored, Suzecoll. Besides the update, have you made any other changes to your phone? Do you know if your cloud service was previously configured to save your contacts?
