Questions about Galaxy S5

I have a couple questions about my new Galaxy S5.

1. I made a folder to try to put all the preloaded apps I won't use in that folder. Well it won't let me move those apps to that folder and now I can't figure out how to delete the folder. Can anyone help?

2. What can of memory card do I need and how much more memory can I add to it?

One more question, I am using the Go SMS Pro app to send messages but I'm not getting texts from iPhone users. Anyone know how to fix this?
