Is it possible to activate a new Samsung III 4G while overseas? I am currently working in Afghanistan and my old Motorola Droid II died on me. I have received my new phone but I do not have normal service over here of course. I am using a local SIM card to communicate here in country. Will I just need to wait until I come home for R&R to switch my service over?
