Online order status vs mobile app order status

Verizon online has my order listed with a ship date of 3/31. The Verizon mobile app says it has a ship date of 3/15. Which is correct? If it did ship on the 15th, shouldn't there be tracking info?

We want to make sure we have set the proper expectations of when the phone is expected. Have you received an email yet of when to expect the device? What is the email state? Are you viewing the ship date on your order in verizonwireless.com?
