Upon powering up my phone this morning, I see an "update" ready, but that the auto-update has "failed". All I can say is thank Goodness for that failure! I've learned my lesson never to accept updates until at least 2 months after release. I had an HTC Incredible that I just loved, an update basically turned it into a brick. 3 hard resets later, still a brick. Verizon offers me a "refurbished" Incredible, I say no thank you. So, I upgrade to my now beloved SIII, waited at least 3-4 months after the upgrade last spring before allowing it to load to my phone and that went fine. Of course, it went fine because I WAITED for the bugs to be worked out.
All I can say to those of you suffering through the 4.3 upgrade is, sorry.............. and Good Luck!
