Not listing call in usage now?

Sunday my 10 year olds phone stopped listing any received or made call in the Usage section..isection..im the only one who can change account settings. No managers..never had this before..just says No Calls...???

We are here to help. Let's figure out what is happening. Are you accessing My Verizon via your application or website? Do you have Family Base? Are you able to look at other logs, such as data, or text logs?
