Not able to reply to short code messages

Not able to reply to short code messages. I receive them and I used to be able to reply; now I get a "failed" error when trying to reply. I don't think I've made any changes to my account.

Let's get you back up and running November61. When was the last time you were able to respond to a short code message? Have you verified there are no restrictions added to your account to prevent you from sending messages to short codes?
