About 7 weeks ago this started.  I could hear them, but no one could hear me.  We'd hang up, yet I could not call them back......the phone would not dial the number.  If they called me back, either it goes straight to VM or if I answer, they cannot hear me, though I can hear them. 

It happens intermittently, though almost every day....regardless of the time of day.  This started with my SG8.  Since then I bought a new router and three days ago got an SG10.......SAME PROBLEM!  Please, anyone have any suggestions.  I need my phone for work!  THANKS!

Staying connected is certainly important, and we want to help get your calls back to functioning properly. Do you notice any drop in signal when this occurs? StanleyC_VZW

Yes.  In fact, over the last several weeks I've noticed keeping no more than 2 bars of cell signal, not only inside my home, but around the outside as well.  It's odd because I live on a full residential street. I'm wondering if it's not my phone, but the Verizon signal.  Thoughts?
