Updates are supposed to be a sweet treat, not cause headaches. Considering my GS3 update went well, let's make the same apply to you.
First, when you say you disabled caller ID, are you referring to "Caller Name ID"? If so, that's not a bad thing as it should impact the stock version. With that said, please start by turning your phone off, removing the SIM for at least 30 seconds, reinserting, powering on the phone, and testing. This will ultimately refresh your phone with our network and should resolve the issue. If not, please let us know so we can plot a new course of action.
