No 4g and fewer bars since Kit Kat update last night. Help?

Since the update, I am not receiving all my calls and I only have 3g service. I've turned the global setting back to lte preference, shut my phone down, taken out the sim card and battery and put them back in. Nothing helps. Customer service will not answer. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues after the latest update, brh13579. Thank you for all the great troubleshooting steps you have performed. I highly recommend backing up all your data, via PC or cloud, and performing a hard factory reset. This should help bring back your 4G service,as something may not have installed correctly. http://vz.to/1eHSSNT
