New update kills performance and battery life

I see many complaints about the latest update. For me it is killing my battery life. I have gone from 6am - midnight on one charge to 6am to lunch - recharge - then hitting 15% again by 10PM.

The latest update is killing battery. I also find the phone running slow seems to have lost the processing power it had last week.

I spoke with support and they said they are waiting on Samsung to issue a fix.

Looks like Verizon need to choose power users and have them be part of beta testing any updates so bugs like this can be identified before doing a rolling upgrade.

I offer myself as a Beta tester to do this.

If they cant get the builds right then they need to remove our restrictions so we can avail ourselves of the 4.2.2 builds that are out there with all the latest features, none of the bloatware and amazing performance.

Rooting a phone takes 5 mins Verizon get your builds right or just give us Android stock not the bloatware builds we get OTA. If you cant do that you will loose customers.

I'm considering moving to T-Mobile if Verizon wont get their act in order.

go into all apps and disable the Caller ID bloatware app. That fixed my battery life issue and one of my volume issues.
