Does Verizon have any answers? Also is Verizon going to address why this update was rolled out with so many challenges?

crebman,
Being able to connect your device to your computer for file transfer is essential to your device functions. I can certainly assist. First ensure you have powered your computer off and back on and then place the phone cord into the USB port. Next, power your phone off and back on and then place the opposite end of the USB cord into your device. If your computer does not recognize your device as a removable drive, make sure USB debugging has been turned on via the following steps: http://vz.to/1GL3htn also make sure that your phone has been enabled for MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) http://vz.to/1JVEjsa
If you still have USB connection issues and the computer doesn't recognize the phone, try another USB port on your computer. Try not to use a USB hub but direct connectivity to your computer.
