My device froze during an update. ¿Qué debería hacer?

I connected my S4 to the computer to transfer a video last night and the Software Upgrade Assistant informed me that there was an update for my phone. I started to install the update and got to 66% on downloading it to my device and it frozen. It has been at 66% on the SUA for over 12 hours now and the screen on my phone says "Downloading...Do not turn off target!!" so I don't know what to do to fix the issue without messing up my phone. ¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

Was the video transfer and update both going at the same time?  A reboot might kick it back into gear and start again, or finish.
