My back and menu buttons stopped working a couple days ago

Out of nowhere my back and menu buttons on my S4 stopped working. They were functioning normally when I laid down for a nap, and when I woke up they weren't working at all. Any ideas on a fix?

Have you pulled your battery and rebooted your phone?  That is what I would try first.

Tried both multiple times, neither have worked.

That is definitely really odd, zinphantom. Let's see what we can do to help out. Do you recall any new app downloads or OS update prior to this happening?

No new apps or updates. And even after a factory reset they still don't work. Going in tomorrow to see about a replacement.
