Mine did not work for an hour. It just started working, but currently shows on 3G. Maybe some type of reset. I would just keep trying. Maybe and RCA later.

ajo89, we don't want this to be an ongoing problem for you. Are you connected to Wi-Fi when attempting to send/receive text messages? If so, please disable Wi-Fi and send a test text message. Keep us posted.

Troop_562, thanks for providing your location. Harsh storms can be a challenge for wireless service. When did your service issue start? Since it started, have you powered your device off/on to soft reset it? Keep us posted.
