I lost the flimsy piece on the Samsung Galaxy S5, that covers the charge port, like 2 weeks after getting my phone..will this affect the ability to trade in for upgrade?

That's a great question! We're glad you've taken the time to check with us before sending the device in. The phone should still be an acceptable condition with a missing charging port cover, but I'd bring to a local store for a full inspection just to make sure everything is checked.
