Where were your pictures stored? On device storage or SD card?

Keeping your pictures safe is definitely important amcdonald822. I know how upsetting this is for you. Are the saved on the SD card or on the phone? If the pictures were not backed up we will not be able to recover them .

Thanks for clarifying that your photos were stored in your device, amcdonald822. Since your photos were stored in your device, and you do not see them backed up on the Verizon Cloud your photos cannot be retrieved as they do not exist in the phone or the cloud.

I recommend enabling synching your phone to the Verizon Cloud often going forward to ensure that you have a safe copy of your precious memories from now on. See all about the Verizon Cloud at this link: http://spr.ly/6586Bt9iC
