I set up a PIN lock screen and want to change it to none but when I go to lock screen I no longer have options to change it at all. Why not?

I set up a PIN lock screen and want to change it to "none" but when I go to the lock screen I no longer have the option to make a change.  How do I cancel the PIN?

Hello djcindy. That's a great question. We are here to help you reverse the PIN lock screen. To better assist you, what's the make/model of your phone? To verify, you have a numerical pin created, not a swype correct? Thanks in advance.

Try removing security certificates from within the security screen in settings menu.
