I placed an order on May 4 2014 for a replacement battery. Here it is June 4 2014 a month later. Never got the replacement. I called and the lady said the order was in a pending status? I don't get it. So i have uninstalled every app that I have reset the phone to default use the ultra power save mode and still get about an hours worth of battery life, also don't use wifi, and just for kicks I put it on airplane mode same problem...Any ideas or help? I'm on hold once again....these ads for other products are annoying. I hate calling 611.

Sorry for the delay in response. That does seem a bit odd that the battery order was still pending a month later. When you called in the other day did you end up getting the battery replaced or re-ordered? It sounds like you have done all the steps to see if it's the phone that is eating away at the battery life. So getting a new battery would be the next step. Please keep me posted on the status of the order.
