Yesterday's update added FM radio support to the S7 and S7 Edge using the Nextradio app. I've been using it all morning and love it!
The Nextradio app allows the FM tuner to be used to listen to local FM radio stations. It only uses data to show you things like what's playing or album covers.
I'd always heard the FM tuners were physically disabled on the phones...I guess not.
Is there a list anywhere of which Verizon phones can provide FM radio reception. Time for me to switch phones or carriers, my Note 3 or my Note 4 will not accept NEXT radio.
