have Verizon Galaxy S5, have Samsung account. downloaded gear manager from Galaxy apps. Gear S manager recognizes my watch, Bluetooth recognizes my watch BUT THEY WILL NOT PAIR...CAN ANYONE HELP

ronlive, let's get things together. Have you charged both devices to full capacity? Did you download the Samsung Gear application to your Samsung Galaxy S5 phone? It can be found in the Google Play market.
Is your device in Bluetooth sync mode in Settings>Connections>Bluetooth ON?
