How do I sync my Samsung s10 to with my Blink Module?

I am trying to get my Samsung s10 to sync with my Blink Module. The module has respond but my cell says the WiFi is disconnected which it is not. Somehow I have changed some settings on my cell and I don’t know how to make corrections. The Blink Module is showing up in “Available Networks” like it’s supposed to But it will not sync!

Being able to get your Phone to connect to your Wi-Fi router is certainly important. I trust we can get this issue resolved. Can your phone connect to other Wi-Fi networks without an issue? Have you tried resetting your router?
