I have hundreds of songs successfully backed up into my Verizon cloud, however I cannot get them onto my new Samsung S5. I have absolutely no idea how. and everything I have read or researched has not given me a clear answer.... It really shouldn't be this complicated!!! What am I doing wrong!!???

You can log into your cloud on a PC and download the files to the PC and transfer to the phone, or you can open the cloud on your phone and sync to the phone. I'm not sure what all methods you have tried that failed.

I am currently trying the PC method and it won't work. I downloaded the songs to my PC and am trying to load them in my phone and no luck.
In have tried to look in the cloud but I don't see a sync option anywhere.
No pertinent info in the FAQ above? Do you have the drivers for your PC from Samsung?
