Read most of the posts on connectivity issues with the G5. I have tried both a WIN 8 and Win 10 Computer. Both USB 2 and 3 ports and different cables and updating the drivers. Still am unable to connect the device. When I attach the device, I see the phone attached as a drive and then it just disappears. The phone shows it's connected as a media device and it does charge through the computer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

GADad,
We definitely want to make sure you can connect your device to your computer so that you can manage your media like normal. Hearing that you are having some trouble is concerning but we are here to help get you back on track. Have you ever been able to connect your device properly? Has there been any recent software changes to the device at all?
