Is anyone else having issues with the galaxy s7? When I receive a phone call sometimes I cannot hear them or they can't hear me

I haven't had any problems with my S7 for the last two months. I would try a new sim card if this is happening in multiple places.

Yes the volume is up. When someone calls me I can't hear them and they can't hear me. I can text and call out.
