Galaxy SIII keyboard problems? help, advice?

I've had my phone for a month and two days and the keyboard is causing me issues.  It is only whenever the phone is sitting upright, the L, backspace and return don't work the right way. I try to hit the backspace but instead it presses the L button or occasionally the return, no matter what I do.  It's frustrating. I've restarted it. and, I thought maybe it was because of the case so I took the case off and it still is doing it.

Does anybody else's do it? Am I going to have to get a replacement?

Are you using the stock Samsung keyboard?

Are you running the latest update? (Check your updates under Settings/About Phone/Software Update/Check New)

Sounds like a calibration issue.

I'd have a Verizon Rep look at the phone. They (or you) can enable a Developer Mode option to visually show on the screen where it thinks it is being touched. If it's showing a location offset from your finger, it may can be re-calibrated, or may need to be replaced.
