I placed my order on 3/01 for a Galaxy S7 Edge titanium. Pre order stated that it would be delivered by 3/11. I have received no emails for shipping. My order section just keeps saying try again. The reason I pre ordered the phone was to get it by 3/11. I could have just gone to any other store and picked it up already. I also ordered it for the Gear S2. I am now reading that there will be no more available. What is Verizon going to do to keep me as a satisfied customer?

Same here, was suppose to get phone by the 11th now it says the 31st. And to do the promotion you need the phone, since it has all the id numbers

Me too. Pre-ordered online at verizon website on 3/4 and it still shows as processing. When started to pre-order it said 3/11 as delivery but after all the process of ordering is complete, the email confirmation says 3/31 as shipping date.

I believe the order had to be placed before 3-1 in order to get the silver titanium based on other forums. Luckily for me I ordered 2-27 and mine got delivered yesterday.

Looks like if they charged your credit card then it is shipping or shipped.

I, too, ordered a Silver on 3/1 and received an email stating the expected delivery date would be 3/11. When I clicked the order status link in the email, it said 3/31, so I called 611 and they said the date is now 3/31 and there is nothing they can do, but if you cancel and reorder a black one it will ship "immediately." I canceled the Silver one and then placed the order online for the Black one, It's on the truck for delivery today. I would not let the CS rep place the order for the black one because that would lock me out from the S2 Watch offer.
