do you have the Verizon program software upgrade assistant?

I think you need to have the oem unlocked its in the developer options

I also just turned on the OEM unlock.

Have you tried to open SUA then plug your phone in and see if it syncs to your phone. Go into developer options and go down usb debugging and put that on your computer should recognize your phone now.

When I plug my phone in it says "Your device's current firmware version is not supported to update firmware."

I have USB debugging and OEM unlock turned on.

I have a s5 that was really messed up and I could not get smart switch or kies to update it but for some reason SUA did. I had it in download mode. Is your phone in download mode or is it on?

Did you get this build ( MMB29M.G930VVRU4ATFR ) with the phone or has it updated since you had it.

Was it OTA or did SUA or smart switch update it? I think if you went to sammobile  and sign up there they can definitely help you get your phone back to working the way it is suppose to

My phone is on. It was updated after I got it. I updated it OTA.

It seems like that's probably my best hope.

I put my phone into download mode and now it has "DVIF!!" as well as the previously mentioned stuff except FRP LOCK is off
