I just purchased this phone. I backed up my contact information to the Cloud before transferring information to new phone (completed at store). When I checked my contact list, not all were moved to new phone, and not all were on the Cloud. What went wrong?

Have you finished setting up your new phone? Logged in with all of your previously used e-mail addresses? It could be that when you saved contacts you actually saved them to your g-mail account or other e-mail address associated with the phone. Once you sign in the missing contacts should load.
That is of course unless the backup to your cloud actually failed.
