My Galaxy will not take a charge. .what are my options? This phone is only a year old

Our phones are like an extension of ourselves these days, and when it doesn't charge, that leaves us hanging. Let's get through this together. How long has it been doing this? When did it start? Are there any sort of error messages when trying to plug it in? Have you tried multiple chargers?
