Since the December software update my phone intermittently drops calls or fails to complete a dialed call. What can I do to fix this?
Updates should bring improvements, not problems, BARDEL248. What is your zip code? Have you noticed if this issue occurs when in a certain area? Has there been a change in the signal that displays on your phone? Have any of the impacted calls occurred while using WiFi calling?
