Unfortunately once you're on a new update, you cannot go back. It usually takes around a weeks time for the phone to be accustomed to it's new SW update & to run perfectly with that update. Make sure all apps are "killed" by pressing in on the bottom menu button and swiping away any running apps.

I really hope Verizon forgets to update the Note 4 with 5.0

once they do update it, new revisions come out. Everyone seemed to complain when IOS8 came, now it seems everyone loves it.

True, most people initially hate change and there seems to be improvement(s) after a few days of use and/or a factory reset but I am very satisfied with the Note 4 as is, and the gf was satisfied with s5 as it once was...just blows having to experience potential sub-par performance for an x amount of time in order to obtain an updated OS that doesn't seem to offer much more than KK/4.4. I just know I will be very hesitant to update and hope my apps will continue to behave correctly lacking the 5.0 OS

It's been more than a week and the phone is getting worse, not better. I am on minimum lifeline mode on the phone and it is running hot again and the battery is dying! What do I do?

I wish I knew what to tell you...if there is any way to get out of the device without paying it off or adding a line, do it.

The comment that your phone takes a while to get "used to" the update is ridiculous. This lollipop update is terrible and I can't believe that it was released in this condition and not tested better.

I agree! Battery drains, constant freezing and lagging. Verizon needs to fix this ASAP before they upset everyone who updated to Lollipop. I guess it means were all "suckers"

Try uninstalling Facebook and Facebook Messenger (if installed) and see if it helps, it has helped numerous people both here and elsewhere online, if you need facebook fix then use web browser for now.
