Can not receive or send e-mail

I have a Samung g3, Verizon is my server,  it tells me server can not get authentication from server and sending failed. I have repeatedly interred my user name and password.  What can I do now?

We want to ensure you can stay connected, nettiew1! We are able to offer support on the cellular network. I apologize as we do not have access to the Verizon.net email server. It would be best to reach out to the Verizon FIOS team at 800-VERIZON to further review server settings.
