The port cover does not latch anymore. Can it be replaced?

I replaced mine, it was very easy. I bought a new one on Amazon. Take the back cover off of the phone, at the bottom there's a Phillips screw in a cover plate, carefully remove it, gently remove the cover plate, take out the broken piece, put the new one in the same way, replace the cover plate and screw, making sure the gasket is in it's proper place.
It's understandable to be concerned about your missing charging port cover, Walkietalkie. tiki bar1 was being very helpful in directing you to options to replacing it.
