This being a peer to peer forum, Verizon does not always monitor it. You might want to try contacting customer service by calling *611 from your device or 800-922-0204 from a landline. They may be able to assist you.

After being a loyal Sprint customer for 9 years I switched to Verizon for

better coverage.  On November 9th I went to a Verizon store and asked the

question should I buy these 2 phones today or will there be a sale with

Black Friday and the holidays right around the corner.  I was assured and

told the employee had worked there for 5 years and he had never seen a

promotion like the phone on us that ended in October and nothing like that

was coming.  I purchased the phones.  On Black Friday retailers offered

incentives for signing with Verizon for a free phone but not Verizon.  In

December Verizon offered free phones with new activation.  I called and was

told I'm out of my 14 day window.  I was giving additional data but the

truth is I don't need that much data.  I own a Dairy Queen Franchise and

was told I could get a discount on my bill.  After 7 phone calls and

attempts to fax / upload my pay stub I was told to go to a Verizon Corp

store, I did.  I was told that I don't work for Dairy Queen directly and

are not privy to a discount.  Verizon has now gone unlimited and there is a

great cost savings if you have 4 lines.  I only have and need 2 lines at

this point in my life.  I am paying aprox $173 for 2 phones.  I was paying

$90/ month with Sprint...  I was in no rush to purchase the phone or

switch.  I walked into the store with 2 i phone 5s that I own and had

service through Sprint.  I was told there would be future discounts and

this was the best deal, apply for the employee discount and your bill will

be reduced.  Please help me here...
