Battery problems for a year.

I have had the S3 since November 1st, and then recently upgraded to the S4 due to my replacing my phone 5 times in 6 months.

I had issues with the battery on the old phone, and still the same thing with the new one. The phone keeps saying to plug in original charger (even though that's the one I'm using at the time) or it just flickers (keeps starting a charge, then stopping, starting then stopping).

I seriously need something done about this. I shouldn't have to replace my phone every other month just because I keep getting faulty phones. What's the deal?
