Another soul with bluetooth probs after Jan update

     I'm another VZ customer with a Galaxy S3 on which Bluetooth functionality dies when the Jan. update was pushed out.  It worked flawlessly before.  I called Samsung, which told me to re-pair the device.  I did, with no effect.  I called again and was told to do a reset.  I did, with no effect.  I called again and was told there was no record of similar problems in the Samsung database.  Perhaps Samsung should try a Google search and add the results to its database.

     VZ pushed out the update and has been as unhelpful as Samsung.  Between the two companies, one would have thought that someone cared enough to offer either a fix or a way to rollback the update.  But . . .

     If anyone has found a fix for the problems, I'd be delighted to know of it.  If anyone at Samsung or VZ cares enough to offer something I would be more than delighted.

     VZ and Samsung are making me long for AT&T and my iphone.
