I've updated my phone and so that gives me another two years to wait to end
my contract with Verizon.
I get very frustrated with 4G LTE. Signal drops ALL THE TIME. My GMail
can't refresh for new emails. I have to get out off the building to get a
good reception.
Btw I am using a Samsung S4, maybe I thought it is just my phone. The same
problem with my co-worker which happen to be a Verizon user also. And take
note we both have a different phones. He uses HTC THUNDERBOLT, and same
thing happens! :'(
Please fix this issue about poor receptions.. Because it really sucks!!
I would reconsider staying to Verizon if ypu could fix this problem..
Thank You.

Sounds to me like you are in a low signal area. Unless they are already working on new towers in your area, this probably won't change any time soon.

If it's a fairly recent change, I would call tech support and have them start a support ticket on it. There could be an issue with a tower in your area, or they may just be doing an expansion and it is interfering with your service. The fact that you mentioned a co-worker is having the same problem, but with a different phone makes me think it's not an issue with your phone itself.

You responded to another customer on this peer to peer community forum. You are the one who will have to call customer service to report a problem.
PS I'm just another customer too.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
